Addicted To Rub BBQ, based in Cameron Park, CA, is a fully licensed, insured and health department certified Custom Catering Company who can serve “fresh off the grill” BBQ for up to 1,500 hungry BBQ enthusiasts and provide local drop-off service for parties of 10 or more.

Our meats are slow cooked for up to 18 hours at low temperatures in our mobile, state of the art 100% wood fired smoker.  Our unique competition BBQ trailer is self-contained and certified as a mobile food facility which allows us to serve our great tasting BBQ at any location.
